Pico Bello Hortensia grows Hydrangeas. The company covers 6.1 ha and is run by Paul Kouwenhoven and his sons Richard and Bob.
Because of their large greenhouse area, they can split it up in different climate zones. So each Hydrangea variety grows in their own optimal climate.

If you harvest the Hydrangea White Verena too early, it may still be a little green (Hydrangea on the right) instead of pure white (Hydrangea on the left).
A lot of patience is needed. But, the vase life is also extra good!
