Tulips Grower visit
Wouter from Triflor is showing me around the greenhouse.
Tulips start their lives as bulbs in a heat cell, after a week they get moved to the greenhouse.
The greenhouse is automated to give the tulips water.
The Tulips are harvested after 2 weeks in the greenhouse.
The Tulips are waiting to get their bulbs removed, get bunched and packed.
The Tulips are placed on the assembly line.
The bulbs get removed on the way.
The Tulips are Bundled.
The bunches are put together and the tulips get wrapped.
Ready to be sent!
Update Webshop next Wednesday
On Wednesday January 26th we will update a part of our webshop. From 14.00 – 18.00 hours you will not be able to buy plants. During these hours you can buy your flowers as usual.
So please, order your plants before 14.00 hrs on January 26th. If you have questions, please contact your account manager.
